Fire-Engine Red??

So, I just thought I would stop by to blog about some spicy instant noodles that I just had.

I'm still recovering from it.

The noodles were in a soup that was FIRE-ENGINE RED.

And that was before the red chili powder.

... Yeah.

Inappropriate Animal Crackers

I'm in high school. I love my animal crackers.

But I found this particular one in my lunch today, and I thought I'd share it.

Have a laugh! :)

Waffles... And other stuff

First of all, I would like to share that I had some delicious waffles and breakfast sausages. In. My. Belly.

Second of all, I have been completely hooked on a few songs!

Here they are, in no particular order:

"I'm Going Crazy" by Se7en

"Don't Cry" by Park Bom

Anyway, moving on from my K-pop craze... I got a new haircut! Which I'm sure is of no interest to anyone besides myself... But I reserve the right to complain about it, seeing as the hairstylist cut THREE inches off, rather than my requested ONE inch.

Okay, ta ta for now, my lovely munchkins!

Hot Chocolate is Deceiving

Or, rather, Nestle's hot chocolate is deceiving. My mom recently remembered her favorite hot chocolate brand of the past- Nestle's. So, of course, she decided to branch away from Swiss Miss (which is the cheap brand my brother and I adore) and got Nestle's hot chocolate.
NO!!!
When we tried it, there was basically no chocolatey taste. And it was thin as water! (Though we dumped a whole packet and more...)

Then, the next day, my mother realized that there was ANOTHER hot chocolate from Nestle, but it was more expensive. But if it's expensive, why get Nestle?

If we wanted to spend that much on hot chocolate, we'd get Godiva hot chocolate. Because that, my friends, is heaven in a mug.

*sips hot chocolate slowly*

JAPANESE SUPERMARKET RAID!!!

I, Lauren, am here to talk about an amazing drink that I discovered in Hong Kong and finally found here at home in the USA at a Japanese supermarket. (Aka Mitsuwa. Lotsa yummy yummy food. ;) ) Anyway, it's fizzy... Comes in many flavors... Has a marble that you release so that it releases the carbonated goodness.... That's right folks, I'm talking about Ramune! The most amazing Japanese soda with a marble in it!!

Oh man, I'm drinking my ramune right now, and it's a lovely melon flavor. ^-^ Yum yum!
Anyway, I love Japanese supermarkets! (And Chinese ones too, but I always go to Chinese supermarkets, since I'm uh, ya know, Chinese...) I also bought mochi ice cream... Bubble tea (which is actually a Taiwanese drink, but whatever. It's a universal drink to Asians. =])... AND THE FRUIT FLAVORED JAPANESE CANDY THAT MELTS IN YOUR MOUTH!!! I don't actually know the name of the candy, because it's in Japanese obviously, but I'm completely addicted. I haven't had it in like soooo many years! So for the past week, I've been smuggling it to school and devouring a piece every period... And sometimes I just eat the whole bag. ^-^
